The toy helps with training & obedience and can be used as various different dog toys, it can be used as a chew toy, treat dispenser, and interactive play toy to exercise your dog’s mind and body.

DOG CARE: The little bumps help with your dental and gum health, it also helps with teething for puppies and weight management. The slow release of dog chew toys helps with digestion and over-eating. The toy can help with boredom and digging and barking. It can also help with aggressive chewers.

FILL WITH TREATS: Our dog toy can be filled with both hard and soft treats and can be stored in the fridge for the perfect treat for your pup. The textured surface makes it more fun and adds stimulation to your dog.

MATERIALS: Our Tuff Chewer™ is made with natural rubber, which has no strong rubber smell. They’re extremely durable and force resistant, so they won’t break or split easily. They are also dishwasher friendly & easy to clean.

SIZES: Our Tuff Chewer™ (dog chew toys) comes in 5 sizes – Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, XX-Large. Our 5 size options are perfect for every different size and breed of dogs, from puppies to large dogs.

Shipment processing time

All non personalised orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Tail Blazers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please place your order and the website will automatically add postage based on your location. If we are not currently sending to your country, please contact us and we will do our best to help. The delivery times shown above are provided by Royal Mail but timescales will ultimately depend on the destination country’s postal service.

Remember that you’re being charged in GBP – British Pounds, and your bank may charge you a fee when they convert to your own currency. As an International customer, you will no longer be charged VAT on your order or on postage.

Please be aware that you may still have to pay import duties or taxes for customs clearance and a handling fee in Europe before you can claim your parcel. Import charges will depend on your own country and the value of the parcel.

If you’d like to know more before ordering, you’ll need to contact your local customs office to find out what these charges might be. International shipments may also be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tail Blazers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Late Delivery

You’ll be able to track your order with a unique tracking code. Occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control and we cannot be held liable in these circumstances. Parcel deliveries can be erratic during the current pandemic.

Missing Parcel

It is extremely rare for orders to go missing. Royal Mail advise us to wait 15 working days before classing a parcel as missing. We will then either replace the missing items, or refund the amount paid, including postage. Please notify us of missing items within a month of the date of purchase.

Free Delivery

Everyone loves free P & P and we do offer it for normal 4 to 5 days deliveries.

Express deliveries, however, our chargeable for P & P.
